Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a fantastic experience with Schooner Bay building our home. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a strong commitment to not only delivering a high-quality build, but doing so on an accelerated timeline that truly exceeded industry standards. We were impressed with how efficiently everything moved forward without sacrificing attention to detail.

What really stood out, though, was how they handled any issues that came up along the way. Every concern was addressed promptly, professionally, and with clear communication. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing they stood behind their work and genuinely cared about our satisfaction.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with our home and grateful for the effort Schooner Bay put into making the process smooth and successful. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Schooner Bay Builders gave me an estimate to renovate my kitchen and dining room after mold removal. They were a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism, as well as reviews on google and the NextDoor app by people who have used their services. I had estimates from other companies, as well, and chose another based on a guarantee from my insurance company as well as their abilities. Absent that guarantee, I honestly don’t know which of these two excellent companies I’d have chosen.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a pretty extensive renovation project that involved all types of work: painting, electrical, drywall, flooring and everything in between and the team at Schooner Bay gave a fair estimate of both price and turnaround time and the quality of work was above and beyond!

Will absolutely use them again for future projects and whatever project you might have, big or small, Schooner Bay is the best of the best!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Schooner Bay Builders was so great to us! We have a home that needs so much work inside and out! We had a beam outside that needed to be replaced and they worked endlessly to find the easiest way and most affordable way to fix it and other parts of the house. Hands down the most kind and nice people to work with. Always returning my calls and making sure we felt comfortable! I would definitely work with this company again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I both work full time jobs and travel. We selected Schooner Bay Builders because of their reviews and it was important to us that there was someone to oversee our project with the subcontractors they engaged. This is where things broke down. The cabinet company, Interior Showcase, they brought in tried to bait and switch a lower grade cabinet than what we selected, and paid for. Schooner Bay then basically left it to us to take the lead to work through with the issues with the subcontractor…. a costly and painful experience. Advice would be to have a conversation backed up in writing in what the builder’s responsibility is for the work they subcontract for. I was told by the project manager “well I guess I’ll have to babysit the subcontractor”. Well, duh! That was what we paid them the mark up for. Total disconnect by the PM. When they brought in the new PM it wasn’t significantly different aside from dropping by the job site once to understand the issue, then it was punted back to the subcontractor to work through. The finished product on a scale of 1-10 was an 8.5 but the pain, cost and time to complete was a 2. We will not work with them again.
